Look at the simple work processes, try to measure if there is any gap and come up with strategies to bride the gap - do process mapping> Improve Org. processes > Get people buy-in towards sharing ideas, insights to any improvement. - 2. Develop learning modules, black & white instruction of all the workflows- understand> review> improve> codify> store> share. -3. Create simple knowledge portal- identify the top 3 major objectives of your organizations and start buidling your portal based on that. ...Any insights from others?
